Helpful  Arrival Hints

Where to find groceries for your cottage kitchen:

In Brunswick at the Cook’s Corner stoplight coming off of Route 1 instead of going straight on Route 24 towards Bailey Island, turn right for Shaw’s Market.

Other last minute items can be found by taking a left at that same stoplight to go to the Walmart.

Gas is available in Cook’s Corner as well.

It is about a fifteen to twenty minute drive to the cottages from Brunswick.

Directions:

Follow your map to Brunswick, Maine.

Follow US Route 1 through Brunswick toward Bath to the Bailey Island Exit (Cook’s Corner).

 Proceed through the stoplight (Route 24) and travel on to Orr’s and Bailey Island.

Turn right at “Sea Escape Cottages” department of transportation sign.

The blue cottages are straight ahead.

It is about a 50 minute drive from Portland.
